Job Description
Job Store Staffing is seeking a reliable and hands-on Private Estate Groundskeeper to manage the daily upkeep and maintenance of a private 3.5-acre family estate in Greenwood Village. This full-time role involves groundskeeping, light repairs, home maintenance, and coordinating with vendors as needed. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while ensuring the property is well-maintained, secure, and running smoothly. Must be responsive, professional, and able to handle occasional on-call requests.
Annual Salary : 55k
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM + On-Call As Needed
Location : Primary residence near Holly & Belleview (3.5-acre estate)
Travel : Occasional travel (10%) to secondary properties in Sedalia, CO and Lone Tree, CO
Employment Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire
Start Date : ASAP (Once the right candidate is identified)
Private Estate Groundskeeper Key Responsibilities :
- Perform general groundskeeping and property maintenance (lawn mowing is already handled by a weekly service)
- Conduct routine home repairs and handyman tasks as needed
- Respond promptly to homeowner requests and service needs
- Manage and maintain property systems and equipment
- Ensure the estate and surrounding grounds are clean, functional, and well-kept at all times
- Support upkeep at two additional nearby residences (Sedalia and Lone Tree) on occasion
- Maintain proper documentation of repairs and service records
- Identify potential issues and proactively resolve them to preserve property value
