General Description

The ideal candidate for this position will have a true passion for the skincare industry and the lasting results their treatments and retail recommendations will have on their clientele. Diamond Hills Spa maintains a healthy and vibrant work atmosphere and we pride ourselves on our long term relationships with clients. We are eagerly looking to hire and have steady clientele ready to fill your books. By applying you must have a thorough knowledge of the service techniques and modalities offered in the esthetician department and be open to continued training and product knowledge.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain the integrity of the spa and its needs at all times and represent the spa in a professional and positive way.
• Provide consistent professional treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
• Effectively inform and educate our guests and staff about specific wellness concerns.
• Handle guest’s questions, requests and concerns professionally, quickly and courteously.
• Actively promote home care programs, meeting minimum retail sales goals. Set out suggested products for clients, as well as suggest a time for them to rebook.
• Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered.
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as programs, promotions and / or discounts available.
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures.
• Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required daily.
• All other duties as assigned.
