A company is looking for a Senior Estimator (Developer / Remote Work).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage comprehensive cost estimating efforts for pre-construction and bidding phases

Review project documents, specifications, and drawings to identify scope, risks, and cost impacts

Prepare detailed and accurate quantity takeoffs, cost analyses, and project budgets

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Five or more years of experience in commercial construction estimating or a similar role

Strong proficiency in construction cost estimating software and Microsoft Office tools

Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, labor costs, and market pricing

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams
