Summary : The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Key responsibilities include planning and overseeing daily nursing activities, administering medications, completing required documentation, and maintaining patient confidentiality. The RN also performs professional nursing services such as catheterization, wound care, and IV care, while fostering a warm and collaborative environment. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with physicians, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining effective communication with residents, families, and staff to meet residents' needs.
