Our menu reflects the Mediterranean and Eastern European heritage of Chef Michael Symon, a renowned Iron Chef and bestselling cookbook author. Join our team and learn from the best while enjoying a fun and loving work environment.

Responsibilities :

• Proper set up of station with all necessary tools and supplies needed for each shift
• Prepare a variety of made-to-order food
• Use kitchen equipment such as a fryer or griddle
• Ensure 100% product quality
• Comply with Bar Symon kitchen rules, food presentation, and quality standards
• Stock products to ensure smooth shift transitions
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• Follow proper ServeSafe guidelines
• Assist with food prep, cleaning, and dishes during slow periods
• Follow closing procedures according to Bar Symon policies

Starting at $15 based on experience

Bar Symon is open 365 days a year, with operating hours starting as early as 3 a.m. and going until the last plane leaves the tarmac (usually around 9 p.m.).
