We are seeking a PT EIOP Therapist to join our team in Troy, MI!

Located just 20 miles North of Detroit, Michigan, Pasadena Villa Outpatient - Troy specializes in treating adults, 18 years and older, who struggle with various mental illnesses, including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

Position Summary

The Therapist is responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions for clients in a specialized Outpatient facility. Position is responsible for assessing the therapeutic needs of the individuals and families, and for developing appropriate treatment. Therapists act as the primary contact for clients and families throughout the treatment process and serve as a client advocate with the treatment team. Position acts as a liaison with referral sources, clinical partners, and individuals to coordinate care throughout the treatment process.

Education

Position requires a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology. Must hold or be working toward MI licensure (LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC). Position requires a minimum of one (1) year experience working with clients with substance use disorders and / or borderline personality disorder. Certification or significant experience in providing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), strongly preferred.
