  • Knowing what the schedule is
  • Coordinating access arrangements with the landlord
  • Coordinating with company’s team in terms of set up and breakdown
  • A lot of catering
  • COI coordination
  • Being available and visible to liaison with security, audio visual, stakeholders
  • A lot of coordination
