Executive Recruiter Role Summary: The Executive Recruiter identifies, evaluates and delivers high-level accounting and finance professionals for top clients. The role demands outstanding communication skills, a well-developed professional network, strong organizational skills, and the ability to act quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will thrive within a competitive client-facing environment and possess a personal responsibility for success. Responsibilities: - Manage a full 360 recruiting desk by prospecting both new clients and candidates.
- Identify and recruit prospective candidates and clients using different sourcing tools and strategies.
- Manage new and existing accounts through frequent communication and client visits.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure documentation is executed.
- Work with clients to identify hiring needs within accounting and finance.
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match and alignment with client's needs.
- Handle all interview coordination and communication in a timely and professional manner.
- Support office goals by participating in team meetings, where you will discuss the project pipeline and marketing strategies.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required.
- Business-to-business sales and recruiting experience is a must!
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases.
- Recruiting experience for accounting/finance is helpful, but not required.

Compensation: - This position offers a draw vs commission plan. The draw is at $70,000 with commission starting off at 40%, with an average total earning potential ranging from $100,000 to $350,000/year.
- Incentive Structure: This role includes a strong 40-60% commission structure designed to reward performance with unlimited earning potential.
