Join our dynamic Facilities Management team! We are currently seeking a dedicated Facilities Management Technician to play an essential role in ensuring the proper maintenance of equipment at our various locations, including Hardee's restaurants. About Us : Boddie-Noell is a family-owned, Christian-based company and the largest franchisee of Hardee's restaurants in the United States. Our mission is to leverage our resources to create opportunities and positively impact the lives of our team members and communities.

Your Role :

  • Ensure timely and quality maintenance and repairs of all facility and restaurant equipment, including but not limited to cooking and refrigeration equipment, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
  • Train restaurant staff on proper equipment usage and maintenance procedures.
  • Evaluate repair needs and decide when to subcontract work based on effectiveness and cost.
  • Maintain truck stock inventory and tools, ensuring everything is accounted for and secured.
  • Log service calls and repair details accurately using a laptop or handheld device, tracking the nature and status of repairs.

This is a 24 / 7 role requiring quick response to maintenance calls and emergencies.
