Job Overview :
Pharmaron is seeking a dedicated and skilled Facilities Technician II to join our growing team in Carlsbad, CA. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for maintaining the essential building systems that support our scientific research operations
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to all facility tickets, facilitating timely resolution.
- Install, inspect, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other related systems in all site buildings.
- Regularly inspect, operate, and maintain the site's HVAC systems to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations for animal facilities.
- Assist in renovations of existing facilities and other projects.
- Maintain comprehensive repair records and other paperwork in compliance with GMP / GLP, AAALAC, and USDA standards.
- Ensure proper usage, maintenance, and storage of facilities tools and supplies.
- May assist in the development of the departmental budget.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
