Seminole Classic Casino pioneered Indian gaming when it opened as the country’s first large stakes bingo hall in 1979, eventually expanding with gaming machines and poker. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of general maintenance mechanics and trades people on assigned shift relative to corrective, emergency, and preventive maintenance projects. Incumbent must adhere to Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures. Supervise, assign jobs, and ensure timely completion of projects by maintenance mechanics. Perform routine field inspections on-site and at off-site locations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

May include but are not limited to :

• Prepare technical reports and maintains logbooks as required
• Maintain and apply knowledge of applicable fire, health, safety, and environmental standards as well as relevant state, local, and national codes
• React in a timely manner to emergency situations
• Coordinate maintenance and modification projects with appropriate department to ensure minimal guest interruption.
• To oversee the supervision of maintenance and repair at Seminole Classic Casino facilities and equipment
• Maintain and repair ventilation, HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and other building systems within our facility, and follow up on preventive maintenance practices
• Determine what installation or repair services need to be performed
• Organize schedules; assign and schedule work tasks with Facilities technicians
• Safety conscious
• Have an out-going attitude
• Instruct and train others as appropriate
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility
• Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned. Promote positive employer / public relations at all times. Interact with internal departments as appropriate
