About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced countertop fabrication facility located in Allentown, PA. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping systems running at peak performance, enjoys problem-solving, and values both machinery and people.

You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of all shop equipment and building systems, while leading maintenance efforts that directly support daily production success.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment quickly to minimize downtime.
  • Service, maintain, and improve all facility machinery, including CNC machines, electronics, hydraulics, and gear-driven systems.
  • Partner with equipment manufacturers and vendors to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and train operators on safe and effective machine use.
  • Oversee outside contractors (electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, etc.) and manage facility maintenance projects.
  • Maintain proper inventory of tools, parts, and supplies to support efficient operations.
  • Support installation and production teams to ensure all equipment and systems operate safely and effectively.
  • Uphold OSHA safety standards, including lockout / tagout procedures and other compliance measures.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance management required.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and CNC systems.
  • Proven troubleshooting ability with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
  • Availability for on-call support during working hours.

    • Location : Allentown, PA

    Schedule : Full-Time | Monday-Friday, Day Shift (with occasional weekends or on-call as needed)

    Reports to : Operations / General Manager
