Job Description

As a Security Officer - Facility Gate in Tulsa, OK , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical / Petrochemical, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with staff and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and site protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Maintain awareness of the surroundings within a chemical or petrochemical environment, reporting any unusual activities or conditions.
  • Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client site requirements.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while upholding Allied Universal standards.
  • Assist with access control procedures and monitor entry and exit points as required by site-specific policies.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
