Position Summary :
We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Advocate to join our dynamic team supporting one of our mortgage clients. In this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced call center environment, serving as the main point of contact for consumers as they navigate the loan origination process following their conversation with a loan officer.

Essential Duties :
- Serve as a customer success advocate within a call center setting.
- Quickly and effectively respond to a high volume of inbound calls and texts from current customers.
- Conduct routine data entry and validation tasks to ensure accuracy.
- Manage calls, emails, and chats with internal teams, customers, and authorized third parties.
- Collaborate with various departments to expedite processing and resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.
- Exemplify the organization’s core values through your behaviors and actions.

Salary Range :
At SolomonEdwards, we value your unique background and experience. Compensation for this role is determined by various factors including education, certifications, location, and experience. The estimated hourly rate for this position ranges from $20 to $24.
