As we continue to expand our Life & Retirement division, we're looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Onboarding Specialist, to ensure every new client has a seamless experience and is successfully connected with our licensed specialists.
Position Summary
The Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in our client journey. Your chief mission is to successfully onboard new clients, and schedule qualified Life & Retirement appointments for our licensed specialists.
You'll serve as the bridge between our P&C clients and our Life & Retirement team, ensuring clients understand the value of a comprehensive financial protection review while creating a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, works for positive outcomes/ results and helping clients take the next step toward protecting their financial future.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and onboard new Property & Casualty insurance clients.
Contact new and existing clients to schedule Life & Retirement consultations.
Educate clients on the benefits of a comprehensive insurance and financial review.
Manage appointment calendars for our Life & Retirement Specialists.
Follow up with clients via phone, text, and email to maximize appointment attendance.
Maintain accurate client records with the agency CRM.
Coordinate with producers, account managers, and specialists to ensure a seamless client experience.
Track appointment metrics and follow-up activities.
Help improve onboarding processes and client communication workflows.
Success Looks Like
Successful candidates will consistently:
Schedule a high percentage of eligible clients with Life & Retirement Specialists.
Maintain strong appointment show rates.
Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience.
Build trust with clients through professional communication.
Keep accurate and organized client records.
Work collaboratively with the entire agency team.
Requirement
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong phone presence
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Positive, coachable attitude
Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Insurance agency experience
Preferred
Customer service or account management experience
Appointment-setting or inside sales experience
Experience working with Life Insurance or Financial Services
