Coordination and management of students, staff, and programs within a residence hall / complex. Supervises subordinate staff, student employees and volunteers.

Major / Essential Functions

• The Residence Life Coordinator Position is a LIVE-ON Position which means that you must reside in an apartment located within the assigned Residence Hall on the TTU Campus.

Supervision / Advising (30%)

Student Success and Support (30%)

Building Management and Administration (30%)

On-Call / Crisis / Emergency Response (10%)

Required Qualifications

Master's degree required in a related field plus two years related residence hall staff experience; OR a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience.
