Role Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive, ongoing care tailored to individuals and families, encompassing pediatrics to geriatrics.
  • Address chronic ailments, preventive health, urgent medical issues, and mental health with a focus on the patient experience.
  • Perform physical assessments, interpret diagnostic results, and craft personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with care teams, including behavioral health experts and specialists, to guarantee comprehensive care.
  • Engage in quality improvement efforts, aiming to elevate patient results and operational performance.
  • Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for accurate and immediate patient documentation.
  • Provide care both in-person and through virtual platforms to meet patient preferences.
Education Requirements
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a recognized residency program in Family Medicine.
Certifications
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine.
  • Must be eligible for (or possess) a valid Colorado medical license.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
Skills and Experience
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with a focus on proactive healthcare solutions.
  • Familiarity and interest in value-based care frameworks and continual enhancement.
  • Exceptional communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
