- Coordinates and provides quality patient-focused care in a physician’s clinic. Places patients in the examining room and ensures their comfort.
- Performs patient intake entry, obtains vital signs, and documents patient information.
- Assists physicians with examinations, treatments, and office surgeries. Performs phlebotomy and laboratory tests as required, adhering to state and federal regulations.
- Screens telephone calls, takes accurate clinical messages, and answers routine patient inquiries.
- Performs triage duties according to practice protocols.
Up to $10,000.00 sign-on bonus

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:• Use of Computers, telephone, fax machine, copier, stethoscope, EKG machine, pulse oximeter, oxygen devices, wheelchairs, stretchers, scales, glucose monitor, and other patient care equipment necessary to perform required duties as appropriate to the scope of the practice. [Required]
• Proficiency must be attained via on-the-job training, and orientation, [Preferred]
Education:
• Associate [Preferred]
• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Field of Study:
• Associates Degree or equivalent specific to Licensed Practice Nurse preferred
Work Experience:
• 1+ position related experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
