Position : Family Medicine Physician

Location : Athens & Royston, Georgia

Employment Type : Full-Time | Permanent

Position Summary :

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a dynamic, patient-centered healthcare team in Georgia . This full-time, permanent role offers a 4.5-day workweek with a balanced schedule- 2.5 days per week in Athens and 2 days per week in Royston . The position is outpatient-based , providing the opportunity to focus on preventive and chronic care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Conduct routine wellness exams, preventive care, and health screenings
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Participate in quality improvement efforts to enhance patient care

Qualifications :

  • MD or DO degree with Board Certification / Eligibility in Family Medicine
  • Active Georgia medical license or willingness to obtain
  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
