About This Opportunity :

CareATC is currently looking for a Physician that will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide exceptional patient care. The CareATC approach is to work with our patient population to assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support and ongoing education.

We are adding a physician to work in our Greenfield and Germantown primary care clinics. You will work alongside Nurse Practitioners, a Physician, a Mental Health Professional, and well trained support staff. The hours are : Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm, Fridays 7am-4pm, and alternating Saturdays from 7am-11am. There is no on call!
