Production Worker

Our team is a leader in environmentally responsible materials processing and industrial coating solutions. We focus on safety, quality, and teamwork while delivering high‑performance products to our clients. We are growing and looking for dependable Production Workers to join our Englewood facility.

Location: Englewood, CO

Pay: $22/hr

Schedule: 6AM-4:30PM (Mon-Sat)

• Mandatory OT for first two weeks

The Production Worker is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing and coating operations, including material handling, equipment operation, product preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

• Prepare, load, and unload materials for coating and processing

• Inspect products for quality and consistency

• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE usage and workplace guidelines

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Assist with inventory, labeling, and documentation as needed

• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly

• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods

• Willingness to work in an industrial environment (heat, noise, chemicals with proper PPE)

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
