• Annual Full-Time salary: $80,000–$100,000.

• Part-Time Salary: $50-$60 an hour.

• Our salary is based on realistic expectations of the hours our therapists actually work, not on unrealistic fee-for-service models that assume long hours and offer only 1099 pay with no health insurance, benefits, or paid time off. At Aevum, you get a stable salary, full benefits, and paid time off.

• No fee-for-service model: Enjoy stability and the freedom to prioritize patient outcomes. Full-time providers are paid an annual salary. Part-time providers are paid an hourly rate.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth assessments and create individualized treatment plans.

• Provide psychotherapy to address mental health needs and psychological aspects of medical issues.

• Support through case management: Help patients follow through on their treatment plans and connect with resources to promote their recovery and well-being.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in our EHR system.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Virginia.
