Starting Salary : $57,000 - $62,000 (Annually)

Bonus : Bonus : $4,500 ($2,000.00 Sign-on Bonus will be paid on your first paycheck, and the $2,500 Retention Bonus will be paid after 12 months of service.)

This position requires travel to and from clients' households. These travel regions include but are not limited to the following counties : Saline, Ottawa, Jewell, Mitchell, Lincoln, Mcpherson, Harvey, Republic, Riley & Marion County.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

• ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Engages clients and families in a manner that demonstrates immediate responsiveness to family needs and maintains a strength-based relational focus. Persistent outreach efforts may be required.
• Utilizes the CSS system to document services and to plan treatment according to the FFT model.
• Utilize other systems required, such as My Avatar, to manage confidential client information.
• Monitors progress in treatment and adjusts the phase of treatment as indicated.
• Demonstrates fidelity to the FFT model by use of the phase system
• Assures quality service for clients by addressing core issues within the family that contributed to the reasons for referral.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING :

Our ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, a master's degree preferred, although we will consider a bachelor's degree in the social sector, accompanied by relevant experience.

Other minimum requirements : Professional licensure (e.g., LMSW, PLPC, LMFT, LPC, etc.)

We are seeking a Functional Family Therapist I-II to join our team. Your role will provide Functional Family Therapy services to referred families. The therapist will learn and apply the Evidence-Based Practice Functional Family Therapy model, including participation in ongoing consultation with FFT LLC and the treatment team. As a member of the Clinical Outpatient team, you will work with other team members and report to our Clinical Manager - FFT.
