ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2024 and is a growing team of three focused on building a strong, relationship-driven environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in State Farm corporate, bringing valuable experience and insight into how we serve our customers and support our team.
I’ve been married for 22 years and have three children. We’re a big baseball family and enjoy staying active through sports. We stay involved in the community by supporting Little League and volunteering with the Arizona Animal Welfare League.
For our team, we offer PTO, paid sick time, two hours of paid development time each week for personal growth, free snacks, and a $50 life or health policy benefit.
Our office culture is fun, engaging, and close-knit. We’re looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and understands their “why.” The right person is team-oriented, supportive, and excited to grow while helping both customers and teammates succeed.
