Before opening my office, I spent four years as a State Farm team member, which gave me a hands-on understanding of what it takes to build a supportive agency and deliver a great customer experience.


I have a degree in Criminal Justice, and outside of work I’m a proud husband and dad to two kids. I’m a big animal lover, love cooking (total foodie), and stay busy being involved in my kids’ basketball and soccer. I’m also a car and motorcycle enthusiast and enjoy anything outdoors — snowboarding, off-roading, beach days, you name it.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Eric Albora - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
