Assist customers with inquiries and resolve technical problems efficiently

Document and track support requests and solutions in the ticketing system

Required Qualifications

Experience in troubleshooting technical issues

Some customer service experience is preferred

High school diploma or equivalent; additional IT certifications are a plus

Familiarity with common operating systems and software applications

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
