Vanessa Vargas - State Farm Agent is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist with basic administrative tasks and support our team of insurance professionals. This part-time position is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional office setting while developing valuable communication and organizational skills.

We welcome your enthusiasm and fresh perspective as we work together to serve our customers and grow our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
  • Assist with answering phones, taking messages, and directing customer inquiries.
  • Help with scheduling and appointment reminders.
  • Support the team by preparing and mailing documents.
  • Learn about insurance services and assist in basic customer interactions under supervision.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
