A large California-based farming operation is looking to hire an Experienced Farm Operations Manager. Responsibilities :
- Directly supervise and coordinate the operations necessary for crop production, including but not limited to crop production, maintenance, planting, cultivating, harvest, etc.
- Help manage the scheduling of fertilizer applications, irrigation, and chemical applications
- Consistently communicate about farm activities, challenges, and management decisions
Support innovation of farm practices and ensure proper safety procedures for personnel and equipment are always followed
