ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2025 and is a growing team of four focused on building a strong, community-centered business. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 15 years in a corporate environment. We stay actively connected to the local community and look for opportunities to give back and build lasting relationships.
For our team, we offer a 401(k), health, dental, and vision benefits, a strong emphasis on work-life balance, and reimbursement for licensing costs to support your growth.
Our office culture is centered around support, development, and success. My role is to help the team succeed by providing hands-on coaching, role play, and guidance to help you grow your skills, take great care of customers, and maximize your earning potential. We’re looking for someone who is genuine, self-motivated, and driven to achieve. If you enjoy being proactive, building relationships, and delivering a great customer experience, this could be a great fit for you.
