Located in Lafayette, Louisiana, our facility supports every stage of production — from cutting and staining to framing and assembly — ensuring each piece meets the highest standards before reaching our customers. We value team members who are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and passionate about hands-on work.
As part of a growing company, Wood Workers at Completeful can expand their skills, work with a variety of woodworking tools and techniques, and contribute to a team that takes pride in turning raw materials into beautiful, finished products.
A Wood Worker is responsible for creating wood products including cutting boards, picture frames, wooden boxes, and other custom wood items using woodworking equipment and tools. This role requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, adhering to safe operating procedures and the ability to maintain quality standards in a production environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Basic computer skills * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately * Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic measurements, including fractions * Ability to inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards * Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate and maintain woodworking equipment * High school diploma or equivalent required * Experience with woodworking tools and equipment preferred * Experience in a production and/or warehouse environment preferred * Prolonged periods of working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending or stooping * Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at a time * Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to wood dust and varying temperatures
