Role Overview
An experienced communications and training content specialist is sought to manage OCM execution across two concurrent Oracle Finance platform implementations. This role is for an individual who takes pride in producing polished, purposeful content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce all stakeholder communications, including monthly newsletters, event announcements, and milestone updates, ensuring each piece is visually polished and audience-appropriate.
- Draft communications on behalf of senior leadership, managing review and sign-off cycles to ensure authenticity and credibility.
- Manage the OCM content calendar across both programs to prevent audience fatigue.
- Build and administer surveys, analyze results, and provide polished summaries.
- Design, build, and maintain all training materials, such as foundational learning decks, step-by-step process guides, and quick reference guides (QRGs).
- Create video tutorials and system walkthroughs using Microsoft Stream/Clipchamp, from scripting through to publishing.
- Build and maintain SharePoint project sites as the central hub for training content and project resources.
- Prepare and, when needed, facilitate Change Agent Network (CAN) forum sessions and other stakeholder meetings.
- Build and maintain adoption tracking dashboards and readiness assessment tools, presenting metrics in executive-ready formats.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in instructional design, corporate communications, or training content development in an enterprise environment. Direct experience creating content for Finance, accounting, or FP&A audiences is required.
Technical Skills: Fluency in SharePoint, Microsoft Stream/Clipchamp, and PowerPoint. Exceptional written communication skills with a strong eye for design. A portfolio or work samples are required.

- Experience in a formal OCM or change management role, with familiarity applying a structured change methodology.
- Change management or instructional design certification (Prosci, ACMP, ATD CPTD, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting Oracle EPM implementations (Freeform, ARCS, Essbase, or similar platforms).
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or an equivalent enterprise communications platform.
- Background in retail, consumer goods, or multi-brand Finance environments.
