A company is looking for a Contracts Manager - Federal.
Key Responsibilities
Provide government contractual expertise and leadership
Lead the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Monitor contract performance and compliance, overseeing the close-out process for completed contracts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Legal Studies, or a related field
10+ years of experience in Contracts Management, with at least 7 years in the Government Contracting sector
Expert knowledge of US Government Acquisition Regulations (FAR / DFARS)
Strong understanding of contract law and the negotiation process
Experience in managing large-scale contracts with government agencies and prime contractors
