  • Deliver EHR training in support of deployments, go-lives, ongoing adoption, and other customer initiatives.
  • Facilitate train-the-trainer programs, mini-certifications, workshops, and other learning experiences.
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional best practices to create effective and engaging learning experiences.
  • Adapt training delivery and content based on learner needs, business requirements, and customer environments.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to trainers and learners to strengthen knowledge, confidence, and performance.

Performance Assessment & Coaching

  • Assess trainer and learner performance and provide actionable feedback to improve effectiveness.
  • Conduct observations, one-on-one coaching sessions, and performance assessments.
  • Identify knowledge and skill gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions.
  • Monitor training outcomes and use findings to drive continuous improvement.

Continuous Learning & Knowledge Transfer

  • Partner with SMEs and other stakeholders to develop and maintain training resources for evolving business and customer needs.
  • Support ongoing learning initiatives that reinforce knowledge and prepare teams for changes to systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Maintain and update learning materials to ensure content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with program objectives.
  • Promote effective knowledge transfer across learning teams and customer stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align learning programs with project, customer, and organizational objectives.
  • Communicate training progress, performance trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Build productive relationships with customers, SMEs, project teams, and other learning professionals.
  • Collaborate with external partners as needed to support third-party training and learning solutions.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze learner performance, feedback, and training data to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Track key performance indicators, including learner satisfaction, completion rates, knowledge attainment, and skill improvement.
  • Use data and learner feedback to recommend improvements to training content, delivery methods, and learning strategies.
  • Provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders regarding learning outcomes and areas requiring additional support.

Learning Strategy & Change Management

  • Support learning and change management strategies that promote successful adoption of Oracle Health solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve learning processes, tools, and delivery approaches.
  • Help teams and customers navigate changes associated with technology implementations, deployments, and go-live activities.

  • Experience developing training programs, conducting needs assessments, and evaluating learner or trainer performance.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and effective instructional techniques.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and providing performance feedback.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and feedback to improve learning outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, SMEs, leadership, and customer stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and related business applications.
  • Demonstrated competencies in leadership, collaboration, adaptability, problem-solving, and customer focus.
  • Ability to work irregular hours as needed and as permitted by applicable local regulations.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 100% based on customer and project requirements.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance after hire.
