Salary : $130,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Details

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering

20+ years of relevant industry experience

Professional Engineer (PE) licensure, or the ability to obtain it

Experience supporting business development efforts and growth initiatives

Familiarity with developing RFP responses, fee proposals, and staffing strategies within various vertical markets

Involvement with local professional and business organizations, such as membership chapters, chambers of commerce, or rotary clubs

A solid understanding of financial planning—including budgeting, leasing, and event coordination

Ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities across diverse markets, teams, and leadership initiatives
