Job Description

Field Service Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing problems on various types of heavy equipment to make necessary repairs. Additionally, this would include all aspects of providing end user customers with a timely and efficient service experience. Work location is split between onsite at the Aspen Branch and in the field at customer locations. Fieldwork is accessed via company supplied trucks and at times may require overnight travel. Field technicians are expected to keep knowledge / skills updated by attendance at factory training courses.

• Candidates hired for this role will receive a $4,500 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days continuous service. Non-bargaining employees are eligible for our Tool Reimbursement Program of up to $1,500 per calendar year. Relocation assistance may also be available to those who qualify.

WORKING CONDITIONS :

This is a full-time position with typical working hours between 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM Monday through Friday. Overtime and weekend work may be possible based on business conditions. Shift start and end times may vary slightly.

This position will be required to work in an environment with exposure to elements such as extreme temperatures and various weather conditions, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors and / or loud noises. While performing the duties of this job, the employees is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. There is frequent lifting and / or moving of up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

BENEFITS :

PAY :

This position offers a pay range between $25.00 - $45.00 per hour depending on skills and qualifications for non-bargaining employees. Pay is provided on a bi-weekly basis and there are 14 days in the pay period, beginning on a Monday and ending on a Sunday.
