About the Role

We’re looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and maintain the physical IT infrastructure supporting high-profile resort and destination environments across multiple international locations.

This is a hands-on, field-focused role that blends technical expertise with strong communication and leadership skills. You’ll work on everything from IT room design and structured cabling to Wi-Fi installations and low-voltage systems — ensuring each site is built to high performance and reliability standards.

If you enjoy being out in the field, collaborating with teams across engineering, operations, and leadership, and taking ownership from design through delivery, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Design & Implementation : Plan and install structured cabling (fiber and copper), racks, patch panels, and IT room layouts.
  • Wi-Fi Deployment : Support wireless infrastructure design, coverage mapping, and equipment placement for large-scale properties.
  • Vendor & Contractor Coordination : Work closely with low-voltage contractors to oversee quality of installation and adherence to standards.
  • Project Collaboration : Partner with program management and network teams to ensure seamless handoff between physical and logical environments.
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate records, drawings, and diagrams for all infrastructure components.
  • Site Support : Travel to global destinations for installation, inspection, and upgrade projects.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in physical infrastructure or low-voltage environments (fiber, copper, structured cabling).
  • Experience with IT room design, rack layouts, labeling, and documentation.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and oversee vendor / contractor installations.
  • Strong communication and professionalism — able to represent IT confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and work hands-on in the field.

    • Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with Wi-Fi design and structured cabling standards (BICSI preferred).
  • Experience supporting resort, campus, or large facility infrastructure builds.
  • Exposure to low-voltage systems and cross-team collaboration with network engineers.
  • Certifications such as BICSI or RCDD are a plus.
