Job description

Be the Person Who Keeps Every Project Moving

Valanti Construction is a growing residential construction and real estate investment company serving the Greater Boston area. We renovate homes, manage construction projects, and transform properties through renovations, flips, and long-term investments.

We're looking for a Field Coordinator who enjoys being in the field more than behind a desk. This is a hands-on role for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward.

You'll spend your days visiting job sites, coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and tenants, making deliveries and pickups, handling minor installations, and ensuring every project is progressing as planned.

This position offers tremendous growth potential. As you demonstrate leadership and project management skills, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a Project Manager and take on greater responsibility within the company.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $75,000–$85,000 annual salary

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily on-site activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to maintain seamless project progression.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Facilitate the delivery and pickup of materials and equipment to support project timelines.
  • Assist with minor installations and repairs to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate records of project status, changes, and communications for transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in coordinating construction projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Proven track record of conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Skill in managing logistics of material deliveries and pickups to maintain project momentum.
  • Experience in assisting with minor installations and repairs to support the construction team.
  • Ability to document project updates and communicate changes or challenges to the project manager promptly.
  • Proven ability to foster a collaborative environment by building strong relationships with all stakeholders involved in the project.
