Under the guidance of District Manager Stetson Smith, you will receive structured training, mentorship, and ongoing support as you develop your insurance career.

Important Requirements

This opportunity is 100% commission-based and requires candidates to have capital reserves to support themselves during the initial ramp-up period.

This role is best suited for professionals who are comfortable betting on themselves and building something long-term.

Compensation & Earnings Potential
  • Commission-only compensation structure
  • 300% First-Year Bonus opportunity (performance-based)
  • Additional bonuses up to $11,000+
  • Monthly and annual production bonuses for up to 3 years
