This is an opportunity to build a rewarding career with a nationally recognized roofing company that values integrity, customer service, and professional growth. Whether you have roofing sales experience or a strong background in outside sales, we'll provide the training, support, and tools you need to succeed.


What You'll Do


  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
  • Conduct roof and property inspections to identify customer needs
  • Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, products, and the insurance restoration process
  • Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts
  • Meet with insurance adjusters when necessary to facilitate claim approvals
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales and project process
  • Follow up consistently to ensure an outstanding customer experience
  • Track activities, opportunities, and sales performance within our CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
What We're Looking For


  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
  • Sales experience preferred; roofing, construction, home improvement, or insurance experience is a plus
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and conducting property inspections

Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Previous sales, customer service, or customer-facing experience preferred
