Essential Job Duties

Understand company products and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs

Manage and coach a growing sales branch of 34 sales representatives

Mentor and develop sales team members to their full potential

Set and monitor performance standards for the sales team

Manage branch P&L and profitability

Monitor and manage receivable turns for the branch

Oversee the hiring process for the branch

Collaborate with operations and administrative departments to ensure service and support needs are met

Qualifications

Proven ability to succeed in a quota-driven sales and leadership role

Experience managing an outside sales team

Bachelors degree required

56 years of professional sales management experience

Sales experience in the copier and printing industry preferred
