Headquarters in Charleston, South Carolina, Vanta is expanding and actively seeking high-performing sales professionals to join our team. We’re looking for individuals who not only excel in their craft, but who also live our core values every day, ethics, service, and a genuine passion for helping providers achieve better outcomes, one patient at a time.

Job Duties:

· The Field Sales Representatives will call on relevant medical specialties to promote and educate on our portfolio of products: Wound Care, Senior Care, Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease among others.

· Assess client needs and present suitable diagnostic solutions.

· Successfully develop and manage a territory plan that has you at or above targeted goals. Actively engage with company training, sales tools, and management.

· Maintain effective and regular communication with all staff members in an office or healthcare facility.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing preferred, High School diploma required.

· 6+ months minimum of Diagnostics sales selling experience to providers.

· Strong long-term relationship-building skills.

· Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record in compliance with company and insurance standards.

· Reliable personal vehicle available for business use.

· Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including occasional regional travel as needed.

· Required residence in territory geography where we are hiring.

· Willingness to undergo regular drug screenings as per customer/medical facility requirements.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000.Plus, Uncapped Quarterly Bonus. First Year on Target Earnings: $130,000-$150,000 (uncapped). Second Year on Target Earnings: $150,000 + (Uncapped). The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
