Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Field Engineer to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee on-site activities, coordinate project tasks, and ensure that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with design specifications and schedules. Your expertise in project management software, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive project success from inception to completion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale projects while developing your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Duties

  • Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to develop and update project schedules using management software
  • Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing estimates, budgets, and contracts to support project planning and execution
  • Coordinate between different teams to facilitate smooth workflow, timely deliveries, and resource allocation
  • Track project progress through regular site inspections, progress reports, and documentation
  • Support project management in resolving on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and cost overruns

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong organizational skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • BS degree in engineering required
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience.

Regional travel required.
