  • Manage quality control of materials and installed work.
  • Coordinate and track required inspections with local jurisdictions and special inspectors.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts related to schedule, design, quality, and safety.

  • OSHA-30 certification required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate with trade partners, internal teams, and site leadership.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools such as pull-planning, Microsoft Project, and short-term look-ahead scheduling.
  • Preferred experience with grading, earthwork, and dirt work operations, including site preparation, cut/fill activities, and soil management best practices.
  • Basic understanding of construction quality control (CQC) processes and standards.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
  • Demonstrates self-awareness and responds appropriately to feedback.
  • Ability to recognize emotional cues in self and others to maintain effective working relationships.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to climb ladders, scaffolds, and stairs.
  • Comfort working in all weather conditions including heat, cold, precipitation, and wind.
  • Regular use of PPE and safety equipment as required.
  • Exposure to confined spaces and high-noise environments typical of construction sites.
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record for company-related travel.

Travel

This position requires full-time travel to and work from job sites.

Why You'll Love Working Here
