This role focuses on relationship building, client education, lead generation, and providing guidance on financial products and services including insurance, retirement planning, and wealth management solutions. Financial Representatives work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and develop customized strategies to support their future goals.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a professional, performance-driven environment and is passionate about helping clients make informed financial decisions.
Meet with prospective and current clients to discuss financial goals and planning strategies
Educate clients on insurance, retirement, and wealth management solutions
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and follow-up
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community outreach
Schedule and conduct client meetings and financial reviews
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activities within CRM systems
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals
Stay informed on company products, compliance standards, and financial industry trends
Collaborate with financial advisors and internal teams to enhance the client experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field preferred
Previous sales, customer service, financial services, or insurance experience preferred
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and maintain professional client relationships
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Basic computer and CRM proficiency
