National Account Manager - Fire Protection
ASC Engineered Solutions is looking for a National Account Manager (NAM) Fire Protection who will manage a defined portfolio of ASC's National Fire Distribution Accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our Fire team. This role is responsible for crafting and executing growth strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals, and maximizing sales opportunities through various channels of engagement. The ideal candidate is skilled at building strong relationships, understanding national distribution, analyzing market dynamics, and driving results through collaboration and strategic planning.
How You Will Help
Account Management :
- Strategic lead between ASC Engineered Solutions and assigned fire distributors, ensuring clear and consistent communication, strategy development, implementation, and execution.
- Develop deep understanding of each distributor's business model, performance metrics, market position, and growth opportunities.
- Manage Customer Data Files Collaborate internally to complete requests in a timely manner for product information, images, pricing, etc.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at distributor organizations corporate and field sales.
- Communicate opportunities throughout ASC and with distribution partners, holding stakeholders accountable for delivering on the growth activity initiatives.

What You Will Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in the fire industry, sales, and business development, preferably with distribution management experience.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies that deliver measurable results.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in interpreting sales data and market trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM tools, Power BI, Microsoft suite of products, and sales forecasting systems.
Willingness to travel as required to build and maintain relationships with distributors, estimated at 50%+.
