Working out of a company vehicle you can take home, Fire Suppression Technicians will inspect, install, troubleshoot, service, repair, and perform preventative maintenance to a variety of fire suppression systems in telecom sites, shelters, or outdoor cabinets, emergency lighting systems, fire extinguisher repairs and filling; completing documentation of work performed using a tablet; other related duties as required.

SHIFT : Flexible, Days.

  • $35 - $38 / hour+++

    • SUPPRESSION TECHNICIAN JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required NAFED Certifications : Engineered Fire Suppression System, Portable Fire Extinguisher, and Pre-Engineered Industrial Systems
  • Required NICET Certifications : Inspection and Testing of Fire Alarms Systems Level I, Special Hazards Systems Level I, and Inspection and Testing of Fire Alarms Systems Level II
  • Knowledgeable of NFPA10
  • Some overnight travel required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background checks (Criminal, MVR, Physical, and Drug Testing)
