[job_card.job_description]Proven experience in firmware development for embedded systems (microcontrollers), ideally in high-volume consumer electronics. Strong proficiency in C programming (bare-metal and / or RTOS environments). Solid understanding of control theory and algorithm design. Experience with Zephyr RTOS and ARM Cortex-M architecture. Familiarity with communication protocols : I2C, SPI, BLE. Hands-on experience with BLDC motor control. Agile development experience using tools like Jira. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related numerate discipline. Collaborative – We work together to create the extraordinary. JOB ROLE
AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the full lifecycle of firmware projects from requirements capture and specification to implementation, testing, and release.
- Collaborate with the Head of Electronics to refine development methodologies and introduce best-practice frameworks.
- Work closely with hardware, project, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Develop, tune, and validate control algorithms for motors, IoT devices, and other embedded applications."
- Ensure firmware aligns with hardware design verification plans and meets performance and compliance standards.
- Investigate complex functional issues, including product returns, and drive resolution through deep technical analysis.
- Maintain clear documentation for internal use and regulatory compliance.
