The Role
The Sales Associate is a true sales role , not a receptionist position.
You are the first impression of the studio—responsible for generating leads, booking appointments, delivering studio tours, and converting prospects into long-term members.
You’ll be measured on performance, coached to improve, and rewarded when you win.
