Job Summary
The Member Services Representative - Opener 4 : 30AM - 12 : 30PM will be responsible for creating a positive, start the day member experience through customer service excellence direct toward valued members, prospects, and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle all front desk related activities including, but not limited to :
- Daily Open - Brand Excellence
- Answer phones with candor and cordiality.
- Assist with a variety of questions.
- Warmly greet and direct new and existing members, guests, and prospects
- Eager to engage new member enrollment
- Tours
- Member account maintenance
- Increase knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to answer questions and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner and / or alert Assistant Manager or Club Manager, as needed.
- Assure club cleanliness and order.
