Are you an expert Fleet Mechanic with a passion for keeping equipment running at peak performance? Do you thrive in a team-oriented environment where your hard work directly contributes to success? BHI , a rapidly growing leader in construction services, is looking for a skilled Fleet Mechanic to join our team in Boise, UT . This vital Fleet Mechanic role offers a competitive hourly wage of $28-35 per hour , commensurate with experience. We provide a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, a 401k plan, and paid time off (PTO) . Join a company dedicated to developing its people and providing for families, all within a positive work environment with a consistent Monday through Friday 40-50 hours per week, flexible schedule .
Qualifications
We're looking for a dedicated Fleet Mechanic who meets the following :
- 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanic .
- Must have your own tools.
- A hard-working and self-motivated individual.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and pneumatic systems in construction equipment.
- Possesses a valid driver's license.
